These Terms are an agreement between you and TIMES GLOBAL SHOPPING CO., LIMITED for the Times Cross-border Mall website, mall and related digital services. By using the services you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the transaction rules shown in the product.
1. The services
We provide product information, accounts, cart, checkout, order tracking, delivery information, after-sales requests and customer support. Some goods are supplied or fulfilled by partners. Stock, price, shipping, coverage and after-sales follow the page at checkout. This website is for company information, policies and support and is not a live offer for every product.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate registration details and keep codes and passwords safe. Accounts are for your own use. Contact support if you see unauthorised access. You may delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. We may limit or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, illegality or serious breach.
3. Orders, payment and price
Submitting an order is a purchase request. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and, where payment is required, payment succeeds. Prices, taxes and promotions follow the checkout page. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel before shipment and refund the original payment method.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, capacity or an incorrect address. Keep your delivery details accurate. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to you or your nominated carrier, except where law provides otherwise.
5. Returns and after-sales
You may request a return, exchange or refund under applicable law and the rules shown on the product page. Fresh, customised, activated digital entitlements or items excluded from no-reason returns follow the on-page rules. Submit requests in the app or to contact@tsgaitech.com and keep your order proof. Qualifying refunds are processed within a reasonable time after verification.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity, abusive orders, coupon abuse or interference with systems, or upload illegal content. We may remove violating content and report it to authorities.
7. Intellectual property
The app, website, trade marks, copy, images and software belong to us or the rightful owner. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or scrape them for commercial use without permission. Product brand marks belong to their owners.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is. We will try to help with network outages and third-party payment or logistics delays, but we do not guarantee immediate restoration. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss where the law allows. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms on this page. Material changes will be reasonably notified. You may stop using the services and delete your account. Outstanding orders, payments and after-sales duties survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith; failing that they may be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, except where consumer law requires another forum.
