Privacy Policy

Effective date: 26 August 2026 · Version updated: 26 August 2026

This Policy is issued by TIMES GLOBAL SHOPPING CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”). It applies to the Times Cross-border Mall website, applications, customer support and other digital services we operate.

It explains what personal information we collect, how we collect it, the purposes of use, who we share it with, how long we keep it, how we protect it, and how you can access, correct, withdraw consent, delete information or close your account.

How to delete your account and request erasure

If the service supports account creation, you can also delete the account in the product: Times Cross-border Mall → Me → Settings → Delete Account, then verify your identity and confirm.

You may also email contact@tsgaitech.com with the subject “Account Deletion” and your registered mobile number or email. After identity verification we generally delete or anonymise account data within 30 days. Transaction, invoice or dispute records that must be kept by law are isolated for the retention period and then deleted or anonymised. After deletion you cannot sign in with that account.

1. Controller and scope

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy or deletion of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain. We may verify your identity and generally reply within 30 days. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed on a lawful basis.

If you believe a minor provided information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete or otherwise handle it as required by law.

12. Recommendations and notices

We may show products that may interest you based on browsing or order history. This is not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. You may turn off personalised recommendations in the app if that control is available, or ask us to disable it. Service and security notices may remain necessary.

Our site or related services may link to third-party platforms. Once you leave our service, that third party’s privacy practices apply. Please read their policy before providing information.
